I've now seen most with Michael in it, and he's manipulative and doesn't treat her well. It sucks that she loves him and can't help it.

The actor that played MT Farrell was on tv recently, in an episode of 'Jeeves and Wooster' (the Fry/Laurie version). They were in New York, and MTF played the director of a dance show.

I loved Jeeves and Wooster. Hugh Laurie was great.

I saw that too - made me think he must actually be American, because he had the same accent in both. Jeeves & Wooster is great - I remember reading here that one of the actors that played Gussie Fink-Nottle was the same as the Rev Brittas, but I haven't seen him in it. I do know that Gussie isn't always the same actor though. Anyone else seen him?

aw I am always annoyed at laura for leaving with such a horrible man!!! But I guess she ended up producing a lovely son out of it all
but it just seemed that she was so happy at Whitbury with her lovely house, garden and her job and she lost it all to live with that horrible man

He also claims to be from the "East Side of Chicago." I'm surprised he hasn't drowned, because there is no East Side, only a really big lake!

Apparently, David Crean is now a "spiritual healer." Here's his website... no mention of Brittas Empire in his bio, for shame! bodyresonance.org/biography/
