I don't know if she would have. She usually got her job done. It was just Mr Brittas freaking her out that made her a little weird.
edit: omg i thought this was a thread about Carole for some reason... okay, my comment still stands. i don't think she would have been fired. With everyone OTHER than Brittas she acts fairly decently. It's just Brittas never noticing/caring what she does, and he doesn't even notice her tone of voice or whatever.
