I'm actually from the Philippines. 
The Brittas Empire ran all seasons on international cable station Star World back in the late 90's and I was hooked. My DVDs are either Region 1 or 3 because they're NTSC, so the US is the source of a lot of my videos. There are a lot of British shows I would love to have on DVD, but I haven't gotten those that haven't been released on Region 1 because of the PAL/NTSC issue. But I made an exception for Brittas. I just love this show!
