Because he ruined the choir, calling people by their first name and helping them, causing them to only have three people in one night.
The reason I remember that in such detail, is because of the bit before it.

ok, I don't know if this is what you mean, but I watched that bit and you can see a fire exit sign behind his head and I thought that it seemed a bit out of place!
