Okay, so when Proboards had to restart us off again, we lost this post, and I wanted to keep it. I haven't got my own newspaper article anymore but I found some about the same incident online. This occurrence reminded me so much of The Brittas Empire. The story is that there is this zoo in Tokyo that dressed up one of their staff as an orangutan and got him to run around the zoo, simulating an emergency situation in which a tree is blown over in the orangutan enclosure allowing escape. The man had to run around the zoo pretending to be an ape, while other employees hunted him down with a tranquiliser gun. (fake). It really scared some children, and it ended up in sort of chaos, with people being really disturbed... it sounded just SO brittas, the whole crazy training scheme for things that are very unlikely to happen, done in a bizarre way, and causing havoc... www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/worldnews.html?in_article_id=438915&in_page_id=1811www.nbc5i.com/news/11144827/detail.html
