This is the problem when I download screencaps and try to open them.
Adobe Reader tells me:
Adobe Reader could not open 'the file name' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
Can anyone help me out?

Do you have the WinZip program on your computer? If not, then get a copy from their homepage or download.com, you'll need it to be able to "unzip" the screencap files so that you can view them.
