I can write a 100 words on a scene... but that's not fanfic. I can write any fanfic if there are no reality rules. Brittas DOES have reality rules. That's why it's difficult. A drabble on a scene *is* a fanfic. You don't have to come up with an entirely new 'episode' of the show... Or you could write about something that wasn't explained in the show... or... a missing scene or whatever.

hmn. I'm not sure... I don't think I can vote on a synopsis, not... properly... and then you'll be judging the plot, not the writing itself... and heaps of mine don't have a proper plot.

thats the point though, you dont just buy a book, you read the back of it *will i do* same with films, you seem the little clips of it before you see it, your suposed to be able to write a synopsis of the flic/book/film to sell it, you cant really get much in 100 words for a flic/or even a bit of a flic

yeah but then if you review the book or give the movie a prize, you read it or watch it.

ok Vyra, when ya get a spare minute and you wanna take part, I'm sure everyone will love to read it I hafe wrote three drabbles... they are all about 150 - 200 words long... not particularly based on a scene they are just made up... do they count?

^ See, I'd say that they count. They count in my book anyway. I write Brittas Empire drabbles all the time. Fanfictions don't need a plot, in my book... they can just be a vignette.

Well, mine won't be long or with a storyline, unless you want to wait about 6 months. I guess we're writing about them and posting stuff, and that's what matters.

OK this idea didnt really work out... so I have another one.
A fic challenge: The idea of this challenge is to select what you think is a missing scene, and write it. For example... How did Tim break free in the end of GF R.I.P.
I'm sure there are many other possible missing scenes to write about... we can make a list here and different people could select different ones. Would anybody be interested in this?

Sounds good! I have so many things I planned or started to write which I'm determined to do soon, hopefully during half term I'll have more time.. Think it's time for me to get a to-do list together

Oh and the thing is, everyone is going to have different ideas how missing scenes happened. I don't think that it's a good idea for different people to select different ones. It doesn't matter if people do the 'same' scene, because it'll be differently written. All we can do is speculate, and we'll have different speculations, and also different writing styles.
