Can't remember what it stands for... but it's something to do with Management Techniques.
Methinks MANIAC might be the last stage...d'ya think, Xy? Two in front of us are Moderators, aren't they? Plus. If I'm at 301, and you're at 433 (?) then that means it's more than a hundred posts to the next stage.
