Have you ever bought a dvd 'blind'? That is, without having seen any or much of its content before? Like, if it's a movie, you haven't seen any of it, if it's a tv show, you've not seen a whole episode yet, just perhaps some clips and someone's told you about it and raved... Or, do you have to have seen the movie previously say on the tv or at the movies, do you have to have seen at least a few episodes of the tv show? Do you only buy a dvd about a tv show if you're already obsessed with the show? Or would you buy it because you want to see more... Would you buy a dvd that has someone that you really like from another show or movie in it, without having seen what this dvd is (though you may have been told about it)?

i buy dvds blind all the time, i bought a set that was 40 pounds and never seen one film from it before *now it is over played, i love it lol its the comic strip presents, belieive me, its BRILLIANT!* i buy a mixture of dvds- films/tv i have seen, and stuff that i've never seen, and stuff that i like an actor in it, thats how i got the comic strip presents, there was ade edmondson nigel planner and rik mayall in it. i could go through alot of my dvd list and say i bought it for one actor, or i liked the look of it (or the blurb thingy on the back) alot things i have got in to by being told about it, for example scrubs, league of gentlemen and mighty boosh and not once have i wasted any money buying them, its really the only way to get dvds, trial and error(maybe not error all the time but there we go) lol i bet non of this made sense but there we go, thats me for you, i like dvds ok

I tried to get all the Sonic Underground DVDs, then ITV put all the eps on so I... stopped. I buy DVds usually for extras, and OUTTAKES!
