enough to make Tim cry, and not be angry at Gavin in any way? Oh and it doesn't matter if it hasn't happened in the show itself, as long as it's feasible.

Hmm....I think Tim gets stressed and would probably cry then. What if he'd tried really hard and worked hard on something only for Brittas to ruin it/wreck it/ignore his effort/had forgotten to tell Tim that the job no longer needed doing etc. I shall think further...  xx |

I'd prefer it to be something to do with like, a really bad day in general, and then something about Gavin/homosexuality being the last straw, so Tim gets very upset and goes to Gavin for comfort. So obviously he can't be mad at Gavin. I'd prefer him to be more sad upset than angry upset. bit of both is good.

If you want sad and angry upset then yeah, something along the lines of everything going wrong at work and then maybe overhearing some homophobic comment or something would send him over the edge. Could be someone saying something nasty about he or Gavin - maybe a customer, as Brittas is pretty clueless in that department. Sounds like you've pretty much got it sorted though! And everything going wrong is very typical Brittas  Now...get writing! ;D xx ps. If anyone is interested in a bizarre contrived 'what are they doing in the future' type fic where I just seem to have got Gavin kidnapped from a clinic where he was doing volunteer work in Cambodia and Tim's going a bit barmy with worry...er...drop me a line Although it won't be finished for some months yet, I fear  |

I don't really have it all worked out... i just have some ideas. it's going to be more than just me expanding that 100 word scene, i've got actual sideplots. omg.

wow looking at the dates of when i posted the original 'how can i make tim cry' thing I've been working on this fanfic for a year! That's pretty pathetic. Oh well. Um, well, it seems to have evolved quite a bit since my original questions in this thread. www.fanfiction.net/s/2463845/2/ the fanfic is based on this drabble of mine. And... well, it's not just Brittas making him cry anymore. I can tell you, but... at the moment i'm hoping you'll read the fic to find out. When I finally finish it anyway. |
