Hi, newbie, Um Quick intro, Love Chris Barrie/RD/TBE, also love Doctor Who and Eddie Izzard.
So yeah, sorry, just a random thought/question:
If Lister is the "Everyman" in Red Dwarf, who would you say is the "Everyman/woman" In Brittas?

Hi, welcome! I'm relatively new here too!! I haven't seen many episodes of Red Dwarf so rather unsure whether I am on the right track here, but I think I would say that I think Laura is the 'everywoman' in Brittas, deputy manager, friend to Helen, agony aunt to most of the staff, peacemaker and wife. Hope I'm on the right track  |

Welcome to the forum! Glad to see you here (I'm queen_fiend from over at LJ). Good question! I think I agree with sazzy about Laura. She's the only one that really stays sane over the course of the show (except Julie, maybe) and she's easy to relate to because she fixes problems in a sensible way. |
