Hi All,
Sorry for not being around much this last week! I have been working 20 hours days with my college's all week to get this school site open and safe for the kids.
I'm really p1ssed off that we had to shut Monday and Tueday; and also I'm p1ssed off with the papers and media etc bad mouthing us schools!
We (us on the ground!) did all we could to open the schoo,l Mon and Tues but we just could not get the teaching staff on site to teach! unlike "years gone by" teachers don't live local any more, we have teaching staff coming 50+ miles to get to us! We had the site as safe as poss but with no teachers on site what do you do?
