I just thought of another great Brittas moment... when he was talking to Laura about why there aren't enough people in the centre, and that he'd noticed that place that had business men there in the middle of the day... and Laura's like "the place with the purple door you mean?" and he's saying how much money people spend to go there, 'with extras'... and that Laura should find out what extras they have so their staff can provide them...
