Someone's put up a few of the episodes of Happy Families onto youtube. This was a 6 episode series by Ade Edmonson and Jennifer Saunders (who played 6 or 7 characters between them), and it also had a lot of other brilliant actors like Dawn French, Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie and... Chris Barrie! (Also, Harriett Thorpe!) He's in one episode, as a (very camp) stylist. www.youtube.com/watch?v=HzH57AuGnVw part 1 of the Cassie episode www.youtube.com/watch?v=P87ErtGinRc Cassie Part 2. This is the second episode of the show. It's about a young man called Guy who has to go and collect his four sisters from around the world and bring them back to his (rather evil) grandmother. Only two episodes are up. Here's the first episode, Edith. www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyD1cl_YO1E part one www.youtube.com/watch?v=IOs_Wo2mnIU part two Stephen Fry is Edith's doctor, and Hugh Laurie ... well, it's implied that they're more than friends. He's another doctor. It's really bad quality though but it's better than nothing!

Thanks so much for those links! I saw that "Comedy Connections" show on YouTube, where they showed a clip of Chris Barrie from that show. I thought it looked hilarious...and now I finally get to see the whole thing! I'll have to watch it sometime tonight.

I watched both episodes...quite enjoyable. Chris was hilarious as Sammy! I also loved Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie's conversations...lol. Did anyone notice that Chris's voice was used for the voiceover in the commercial that Cassie's husband was watching?
