Colin's Australian daughter was in Neighbours for a while, AND as far as I'm aware she hasn't released a hit single!

I realised something last night. In series 3, in The Trial, the prosecutor, played by Terrence Hardiman, he's the Demon Headmaster. I was looking at him and thinking gosh those eyes look familiar...

They are. Very familiar. Even without the green hypnotising glint!!

I had nightmares about the Demon Headmaster...and I know they were bad because I can still remember them vividly about 10 years on Those octopuses from the game came after me and chased me into the conservatory and then the Demon Headmaster locked me in a shed and set fire to it. Probably about the same time in my life where I refused to watch 'London's Burning' because fire scared me more than anything and just the thought of it would keep me awake for weeks. Anyway...creepy guy, don't like his eyes etc.

When the demon headmaster was the judge, Perry Fenwick was the dodgy shellsuit wearing drug trafficing cockney, who later made it (almost) big in Eastenders as a mitchell. Not that that's a reason to was eastenders.

Councillor Dapping, Jo Kendall, was in a radio comedy programme in the sixites (and seventies?) with Tim Brooke-Taylor, John Cleese, Graham Garden, David Hatch (who when into producing I believe) and Bill Oddie. It was called I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again. I am too young to remember it on radio (honest), but BBC have some episodes out on BBC Audio which we have all of and we find them really funny and entertaining. Some things may be a little dated, and others may not be acceptable now (even in the we were making fun of people who thought this way concept). Jo did all the female voices that required a female voice and not Tim Brooke-Taylor speaking in a silly (but wonderfully funny) voice. Go Lady Constance.

"Mr. Chattanooga", the character who tries to baptize Mr. Brittas in one episode is an American in the UK studying acting at the time. He has since gone on to star in things like Cold Mountain.
That huge bloke with a large truck parked outside the center who tries to kill Mr. Brittas in "High Noon" played a Roman trainer in Gladiator.
Fans of Kate Winslet's Sense and Sensibility would get a kick out of seeing the actor who played Hugh Grant's brother Robert Ferrars as the groom in "Underwater Wedding" from Series 1.
