What exactly was she always 'busy' with? I realise she wasn't actually working most of the time, but what was she actually procrastinating with?

nothing, most of the time she actually did it lol, like making coffees she did actually do it, i think she was probally throwing darts at brittas *you know the picture in her filing cabinate* hehehe

I guess she probably did have actual secretary work to do as well...
Though maybe she brought a book, or nail polish, or was wandering around gossiping, or was on the phone with friends...

She was on the phone quite alot, and probably gossiping with the others and throwing darts at the photo of Mr Brittas. We also see her typing alot aswell.

She must do *some* real work, but I guess most of the time she's just doing what she wants... Brittas is almost always far too busy with disasters to keep an eye on her typing.
