yeah i don't think it jumped either! But i do think there were times where the continuity was dodgy as. But, it was always entertaining.

Continuity dodgy? It always seemed to be non-existant!
BTW S1 Carole bathing baby Ben who's sitting up without any support. How old was he supposed to be during that series? I mean they ran it almost in real time so it covered 6 weeks, but he was only 6 weeks old in Episode 1. 12 week olds DO NOT SIT UP AT ALL! My daughter's 8 months and she doesn't sit up unsupported in the bath. She can't sit unsupported for long periods anyway.

I thought that bathing bit was series 2 ... but still.

"These people are sex symbols?!?!?! Perhaps if the producers had incorporated a pie shoppe or a counter that sold fried Mars Bars into the set design it would be justifiable, story-wise, having so many British people assembled in one room, but a fitness centre? Ha! The closest gym to the UK is the NYC Athletic Club! "
am i the only one who thinks that this is unfair and unjustified, and that the person was probably an american who is used to having all people on tv being absolutely gorgeous and unrealistic looking?
