Aw I thought Laura was lovely! She was always so understanding of Brittas and tried to help him out on many occasions

It wasnt the same without her, such a shame she left!!!

I was surprised that she was dumb enough to trust that Farrell again tho!!

But I guess at least her departure made us able to focus more on Gavin's promotion and stuff

mmm... i think everyone thought that would be when the whole lot ended (including the writers lol) cos laura getting pregnant and going to america, linda getting in to theological college, julie getting ingaged and pregnant gavin's promotion, and brittas... well dying but being rejected and going to belgium (maybe people thought he'd still be going to there even though he died and came back to life) then other people started to write for it, *WAHEY FOR THEM* still want laura back though

I personally didnt like her all that much, but i think that was more because she treated Brittas like she dispised him a lot, but then so did everyone else.

There was a change in writers. I think the original writers ended the show, but it got another series commissioned anyway. Maybe she didn't want to come back.

Lovely, lovely woman. Very beautiful and charming. I was dissappointed to see her leave the series. I guess it always seemed to me that Brittas would eventually find out about Helen's boyfriends and run off with Laura.
