I'm writing a series of very short fanfictions based on "love and attraction are funny things, really". I've got ideas for Laura, Gordon, Helen, Carole Tim, Gavin... (in fact, several for each, so i might have multiple ones for them... ) but no clue for Colin or Laura. Any ideas? It can be funny.

yes yes, i'm doing Laura/Brittas. But i wanted to do a bunch of them, one or more for all the characters, in different interpretations of the phrase.

I'd still like help with this... i can interpret the phrase anyway that i want, it doesn't have to be romantic.
Also, another problem i have... in the second episode of the first series... where Gavin is ringing up Mr Barnes to tell him to turn down the furnace... WHY don't they just walk down to the boiler room to tell him, just like Mr Brittas did, instead of ringing? Then they'd notice where all the water had gone etc. Was there a reason? Or is that just a 'fault'?

  *notices you* Firstly; I'd write a Colin/MilkMan mush. Heheh. Secondly; I think Gavin was just plain lazy. It's just one of these fatey things that happen...like he would have seen the water had he gone down there, but he subconsciously chose not to. Plus; Brittas is a bit anal and likes a job done quickly and efficiently.

but if there's a back door to the boiler room, apparently... (i know! we'll take her through the boiler room!) why didn't they see it on the maps? And they're like, dying of heat exhaustion, you'd think someone would go down there to see why the heck the boiler man isn't answering! Unless Brittas had told them all to stay up there or something...

oh, and ps... what's this Milkman thing? It's obviously an episode i haven't seen... You can tell me what it's about, and i can try and write one without having seen it lol. I've done that before!

Colin took the milkman to the dance in 'Shall we dance'. He thought it was a woman, but it turned out to be a man in womans clothes.

The milkman's name was Pauline. Everyone notices that it was a guy, except Colin. In another episode Colin is sad about Pauline taking him of the milkroute.
Which seasons did you see?

yes, they are, but VERY slowly, as in 6 months between each one!! Series three is 'coming up'. *sigh*
