A request

I was wondering if we could have a new section added to the forum for birthdays/introductions/welcomes? It's always been useful on other forums I've been on, and I feel like the birthday greetings are cluttering the general chat, but I still think it's important that we do it. Welcoming new members, and having them post introduction threads, is also a great way to get new members involved, which I think is important. I'd also like to see more general chat going on in general chat, so without birthdays and intros in there, it'd look more welcome for people to post general chat type topics.
I hope you don't think I'm too forward for asking this, I just think it could help out with our quests to get more members, and also make it easier for those who are already here.

Also, I was wondering if it would be possible for you to send a mass email out to people to remind them that the forum exists and is active with members? I have noticed that that's brought people back sometimes for me- people lose links, or they forget about it.

Well lets hope the Manager sees this... I'd just like to see the forum grow and change every now and then, so it doesn't stagnate.

Another thing I'd love to see is an increased number of threads being on the pages. This is mainly for the General talk area's benefit.
