I have all of 'Allo 'Allo on tape, but spread somewhat randomly, so I'm watching my way through looking for it. I believe it's the episode in which Rene and Madame Edith go to England, and Tim is a random Tommy -- I didn't notice him when I first saw it ~shame~ but I *did* recognise Carole as a waitress in the cafe where they have tea and buns with Hans.
