I was watching Assassin again the other day, & I find it really hard to understand Gavin's response to Brittas telling him he thinks Tim is a bit of a left footer. When he says "you think he's a homosexual?" using that incredulous tone of voice, what is he playing at? I appreciate Gavin is then left lost for words by what comes next, but why does he say it like that? In fact why does he say it at all? It's not funny, so isn't for the comedy, & just seems to be almost denying that Tim is gay. Does it annoy anyone else? It just seems that the relationship between Tim & Gavin is set up so well, then this scene kind of ruins it, because Gavin sounds like Tim couldn't possibly be. javascript:add(%22%20???%22)

Hmmm. I just took it as Gavin being a bit annoyed that Brittas couldn't say 'Homosexual' or 'Gay' and Brittas had called Tim something else instead.

yeah I don't get him. Tim is so devoted to him but Gavin doesn't seem 100% into the relationship sometimes by being seen out with another man. But they are a great couple!

They are indeed! To be honest, when Gavin goes all cute, I'd forgive him pretty much anything too.
Just realised I've completely contradicted myself. Ah well, I love Gavin at the moment because I've just been watching the wet-sponge-throwing episode, & they are both adorable in it!

well for many years when the show was on I never realised that Gavin and Tim were gay, I was only five when the show started and I was 11 nearly 12 when it ended.
I absolutely adore Tim and Gavin
