Ok, here is part one of of "Tim leaves Gavin";
It's Tim and Gavin's tenth anniversary together, Tim had left work before Gavin to arrange a romantic dinner for them, Gavin was due home at 7pm, 'Have I got everything ready?' Tim asks himself, just as the phone rings, its Gavin “I'm going to be a little late Tim, but I'll be home as soon as possible.” but as the minutes turn to hours, Tim is getting more and more upset and angry.
As the two candles burn away to nothing, crying, he packs a bag of his clothes and is getting ready to leave the flat, when Gavin finally walks in at 10:30pm, “I'm sorry I'm so late, Tim, I just got snowed under with paper work.” Gavin sees Tim has a bag, “What's wrong Tim? Are you going somewhere?” he asks, Tim starts to shout “All I wanted was tonight to be our night! and you couldn't give me few simple hours! I'm leaving! I hate you!” Tim is crying as Gavin walks up to him “I'm sorry Tim.” But Tim pushes him away shouting “Don't touch me! I know where I stand now! You don't love me, you never loved me, You just love your job more than me, Well congratulations Gavin! You're a Brittas now; I hate you! I hate you.” Tim is crying as he storms out the door, “What have I done!” Gavin shouts to Tim “What have I done?” he starts to cry, as he turns to see a perfectly laid out table with two burnt out candles and a card at his place mat, it reads “Dear Gavin, My dearest love of ten years. I hope we continue to share our lives together for ever and ever. Happy 10th Anniversary. Forever in your love. Timmy.” 'Oh hell' Gavin thought, 'I was so bogged down with work that I forgot it was our big day.'
The night turns to day and Gavin awakes, Tim is no where to be found. Worried he phones Tim's mother and she hasn't seen or spoken with him. Panicking, scared and not knowing what else to do, Gavin just goes to work hoping he will be there, but Tim is not there, Gavin tries to put a brave face on it but at the staff briefing Brittas asks “Where is Tim? Has anybody seen Tim?” Everyone looks at Gavin, He can't keep himself together any more and bursts into tears “We had a row last night Mr Brittas; and Tim stormed out, I have not seen him all night.” With that Julie walks in with a letter, “Mr Brittas, This has just arrived for you. It's in Tim's handwriting.” She hands it to Brittas, while he opens the letter, she sits down next to Gavin.
Brittas reads the letter out loud, “Everyone, it says 'Dear Mr Brittas, I'm so sorry to have to write this letter to you, by the time you are reading this I will be long gone. I just can see my best friend changing like this and forgetting our love together any more, so, I'm going to London. I'm so sorry for letting you and all the team down today, they have all been some of my greatest and closest friends over the years and I will miss you all lots. Signed Tim.' Oh,” Brittas says “I don't know what to say but I think we should just get back to work the best we can, hold on there Gavin, this is for you.” Brittas hands the note to Gavin as everyone leaves, Brittas says “Gavin I want to see in 15 minutes in my office.” They all leave Gavin alone in the rest room, he opens the letter and reads Tim's message to him, 'Hello Gavin, I sorry for doing this and in this way but I just can't face trying to say it face to face with you; I just; I don't want to row or fight with you any more, so I'm leaving. I hope you have a great life, I'm just so sorry I won't be a part of it. I will always love you Gavin, Take care of yourself. Love Timmy.' Gavin doesn't know what to do, he wants to cry but has to see Brittas, so with tears rolling down his face he heads to Brittas office.
