I remember watching them on the TV, but that was back in the early '90s (think they were broadcast after the last series of Brittas), & as far as I know they've never been repeated. If my memory serves me correctly, they were little short "public service" broadcasting things, with only a few of the cast members in (no Tim or Gavin, otherwise I'd probably have remembered more about them...). They were basically what it sounds like - trying to get people to do exercise routines. I remember thinking they were pretty cheesy at the time & wondering why Chris Barrie was doing them, but would probably make fabulous viewing now (as much of the early 90s stuff does). I'll have a scout around some time to see if anything on them turns up.
If you're interested in other Brittas stuff, there's an excellent book "Gordon Brittas - Sharing the Dream" by jonathan Rice. Some lovely photos in there......
By the way - Hello & Welcome!

I would love to see what this was like! They should have put these episodes (I think they were only 10 minutes long) as special features on the boxset or something.

Okay, I get it now. IMDb was saying it was a spinoff, but it's more like a public service announcement. Thanks

They were pretty poor - it was when the BBC decided we as a nation needed to get fit. There was a whole spate of similar programmes - Brittas would have been by far the best though.

^They're incredibly rare, it's unlikely. I don't think I've seen any photos from it or anything. They should have put them as a special feature on the box set or something, especially as they're only ten minutes long. I'm a bit gutted about not being able to see what they were like. Another thing I'd like to see is the Comic Relief special they did with Frank Bruno.
