I was watching this series 7 episode earlier and one thing I noticed about Tim (and Gavin), they both knew a lot about Mr Brittas that had nothing to do with his managerial position. When they were trying to guess Mr Brittas' computer password, they knew his favourite food, what books he read and his love for Bambi. Interesting... I wonder how they knew all that stuff?

I can imagine Brittas insisting on having bonding sessions where he tries to get everyone to talk about themselves and their interests, and ends up just boring them all by talking about himself - after a few years, it would probably start sinking in! ;D

Good theory! They probably have to say what they like and dislike and then Brittas will tell them why they're wrong.

haha! There will be forms to fill in knowing Brittas. They may get sent on a course.
