Did this episode actually happen?

Please help me guys I remember watching this Brittas empire episode when i was kid. In it one of the staff does a major thingy up of some sort which cause a big disaster at the centre. Mr Brittas takes responsibility for it and resigns. I remember him deciding to join a spiritual retreat india and leaving for india at the airport wearing a loin cloth and holding a staff. The member of staff who caused the error confesses and manages to get to the airport and stop mr brittas from leaving.

Now I can't find details of this episode anywhere. Did it happen or is this an example of false memory syndrome?
