Yes.
Brittas then had one night with Carole at a fancy dress party thinking he was with Helen, and Carole ended up with twins too.
Helen's twins were both boys. Carole's kept changing! And I don't mean nappies!!

It’s confusing - at the start, there was three children, which were Helen’s from a previous relationship. Then she gave birth to twins, putting them at 5. By the end of the series however, it had gone down to 4 children. My dark headcanon is that a child went missing and neither Brittas nor Helen ever found him.
