Well the 'pirate' says they're going to Africa - and mentions 'Republique l'Ettienne (This is working from memory...if I'm wrong someone tell me!) Or something along those lines - I can't imagine that that translates to anything real. Then he rubs his fingers together to indicate (I think) that our Gavin will be worth quite a bit of money ;D Well, who wouldn't pay bucks for those cute little dimples?

Anyone feel like filling in a post-ep type gap?
In HTTP:// etc or whatever it's called, Gavin tries to get Brittas out of his office by asking him out for a drink...I'm sure Gavin pretty much forgets about all of this bit the time 'a week on Thursday' comes around...but I think Brittas would insist on having that drink...so someone want to write about it? ;D

Anyone got any views on Gavin's siblings? Where does Gav fit into it? There's Peter, Alice and....oh, can't remember....anyway, we see them all in GFRIP, and none of them are in the country anymore...and, well...what are the family dynamics there?
Any insight/views/ideas welcomed.

Do you think he's the youngest? I don't know why, but I think he sort of has the aura of being the youngest - probably doesn't really know his siblings if they were off at boarding school before he knew them, and he was still there when they went off to work/moved abroad.

yeah, I think he's the youngest. It'd make sense. And why he didn't tell them about being gay, (well, other than 'the incident' which is implied he threw them off the trail) because you know, baby of the family, etc... so, he's sort of rebelled and gone off and done his own thing... but he still won't shatter the illusion.
