I still haven't seen that bit about walking down the street, but it sounds just so CUTE. I love love LOVE how much they're so in love.  And... yes, the duvets! I think because Gavin looked so proud at his shopping acquisitions... and, how they've got one of their two bedrooms set up as a guest room... I don't know, it's just a lovely hint into their lives. a) because it clearly shows that they're sleeping together (which all but Mr Brittas realises, even after hearing that), b) that they're like, quite domestic, c) that they have guests over quite a bit if they have two beds in the spare room, and need to buy new duvets for it. I don't know why, but I always love hints at their social/personal lives - things like having friends stay over, that sort of thing. |

yeah in the Christmas special Gavin said they were having 8 guests over for dinner... WOW! They must know ALOT of people.

Tim - It's the great Vlad, he looks just like Brittas, fancy that!

They're both good ones - it's funny that you even when you've watched them loads, you forget some of the best moments.
All my favourite Gavin quotes are where his voice goes all high pitched, or when he's defending someone.

Not a quote, but I love the 'roar' he does in 'Wake Up The Lion Within.' So small and pathetic and probably the kind of roar I would do if I was in that situation.
Tim's comment about it later is great too.
Gavin - It took me years to make deputy, how come Carole does it overnight?
Tim - Ah well, she's got a Lion within, you see.
Gavin - Oh yeah, and what've I got?
Tim - A Gerbil!
